  • What does the digital pass include?
The digital pass includes recordings of every general session and breakout that took place at the 2023 Teleios Society Conference.
  • I already registered for the conference. Do I need to purchase a digital pass?
No, if you registered in-person or online, the digital pass is included in your registration. We sent out an email on April 3, 2023 to all attendees with the necessary credentials to access the digital pass. If you registered, look for an email with the subject, "Your 2023 Teleios Digital Pass Is Ready!" You may also need to check your spam folder as sometimes our emails end up there.
  • I see there are three options for the Digital Pass. What is the difference?
On our registration page, you'll see two buttons: one for Personal Use and Small Groups, and the other for Large Groups. The Personal and Small Groups pass is intended for individual use and also for groups of up to 100 individuals. The Large Groups form has two options for mid-size and large groups. Pricing for the three options is as follows: --Individual and groups up to 100: $125 (Found on the Personal Use Form) --Groups of 101 - 500: $250 (Found on the Large Groups Form) --Groups of 501+: $500 (Found on the Large Groups Form)
  • I received an Individual Pass when I registered, but I'd like to show these lessons to a larger group. Is there an option for that?
Yes. If you plan to show the lessons to a group of over 100 individuals, please purchase the appropriate Large Group digital pass option.
  • I only want access to a couple of the lessons. Is it possible to purchase access to the the lessons a la carte?
Sorry, no, we do not offer an option for individual classes.

  • I will be flying in for the conference. Which airport should I use?
The Will Rogers Airport (OKC) is the closest to the conference, only 30 minutes from Oklahoma Christian University. This airport is serviced by several commercial airlines, including American, Delta, United, and Southwest, among others. We recommend using Uber or Lyft for transportation from the airport to the hotel of your choice.
  • I'm scheduling my flights, what times would you recommend?
The conference programming will begin at 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 23rd and conclude at 12:00 PM on Saturday, February 25th. We recommend arriving sometime on Thursday afternoon, and planning a departing flight for sometime after 3:00 PM on Saturday.

  • When is the conference?
Conference dates are February 23rd, 24th, and 25th, for both in-person and online attendees. You can view the At-A-Glance Schedule HERE.
  • What time zone is the conference?
All times listed on the website are Central Time. For those who are attending online, you can convert to your local time zone HERE.
  • What is the difference between attending in-person and attending online?
There are benefits to both. In-person attendees will be able to interact more directly with the class teachers, and of course, enjoy face-to-face fellowship with other in-person attendees. As of now, nearly all in-person classes are planned to have live teachers. Online attendees will be able to join the in-person classes via video stream, but they will also have access to other virtual classes. Each virtual class teacher can decide how to present their class and some may choose to pre-record their lesson, while others may teach their class live. Virtual classes will also have lunchtime "tables" where you can interact with other attendees via Zoom rooms.
  • Will the classes be recorded?
YES. All classes, both in-person and online, will be recorded. Recordings will be made available sometime after the conference ends (allowing time for editing and adding subtitles). Access to class recordings is included in the registration fee.
  • I see there's a price increase for In-Person Registration, but not for Online Registration?"
Correct, the Online Registration price will remain the same all the way through the conference dates. This is our effort to make the conference as affordable and accessible as possible to all.
  • If I register for in-person, but would like to attend a couple of the online classes as well, would that be OK?
Yes. Those who register for in-person will have the option to attend all online classes as well, from the comfort of their hotel room. The information to access online classes will be provided to you prior to the start of the conference.
  • Could I complete an Online Registration but then attend just a couple of classes in-person?
Sorry, no. Admission to any in-person classes or general sessions requires an In-Person Registration, whether you want to attend one or all of the classes in-person.
  • If a friend (or a few friends) and I want to watch the conference together on one device, is that okay?
Yes. Online Registration is per device, not per person. So, if you and a few friends want to have a watch party gathered around one computer other screen, that is fine! Please keep in mind however that this will mean that you will also watch all the same breakout together. If the members of your group have trouble deciding which classes to attend, we would suggest purchasing more than one registration for your group.
  • Are there any technology recommendations for watching the conference online?
For the best experience, we recommend watching the conference using either a laptop or desktop computer. If possible, we also recommend using a wired internet connection as opposed to wifi, as this will provide you the most stable connection possible regardless of how many other devices are in your home. You will be able to access the conference using a mobile device, however the quality of your conference experience may be inferior to those who use a laptop or desktop.
